Salim Omar & Co. Advocates (the “Firm”) is a Kenyan corporate and commercial law firm providing legal advice and transaction services to a wide range of international and local clients. At Salim Omar & Co. Advocates our aim is to assist our clients to achieve their objectives as smoothly and efficiently as possible whilst minimising legal and regulatory risks.
We have more than 4 qualified lawyers with work experience in Kenya, Somalia and by extension Africa and elsewhere. These lawyers are drawn from private legal practice, as well as the public and private sectors. We work on Kenyan domestic matters and transactions, and on international and cross-border advisory mandates.
Our main areas of practice are in mergers and acquisitions, corporate/commercial, banking and finance, private equity, capital markets, energy and resources, real estate, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
