The firm is currently covered by a professional indemnity insurance of Ksh. 50,000,000 in compliance with the mandatory professional indemnity policy requirements prescribed by the Law Society of Kenya. No claims have been made against our law firm, any of our Associates or against our insurance policy. Notwithstanding, we regularly review our practice standards and risk management policies so that we and our clients are adequately covered at all times, and that we never ever have to utilise our coverage. Due to the nature of and the quantum involved in our work, we see ourselves regularly increasing our professional indemnity.
